About Me
My journey into the world of healing began in the late 90's when I first experienced the transformative power of massage. After long sports games, my late sister would massage my sore muscles, offering relief and quick muscle recovery. Her innate passion for whole body wellness left a lasting impact on my own journey towards being a wellness warrior. Her strong, supportive and positive influence set me on my dedicated life long path of holistic health and wellness, leading me to study at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, where I graduated with honors in 2009.
For over 16 years, I have been dedicated to serving the Syracuse community, helping people from all walks of life find relief from chronic pain, experience improved mobility, deep relaxation and a greater connection with self. Through my thousands of one-on-one hands on work with clients throughout the years I have gained expertise across a variety of therapeutic bodywork modalities including relaxation, deep tissue, fertility, pregnancy/prenatal massage, cupping therapy, and specialized stretching techniques such as PNF and isolated stretching to enhance range of motion.
Most clients seek me out for my deeper yet relaxing work, using a mixture of techniques I have learned and many techniques I have developed on my own based on the current conditions and needs of my clients. I have helped countless people find relief from true sciatica pain and piriformis syndrome with the combination of my skills utilizing PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and a supplement protocol, pulling from my education as a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor.

Beyond dedicating my life to the transformative power of massage therapy and bodywork, I am a passionate advocate for whole-body wellness. As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and as someone who has healed herself of hypothyroidism in 2006 through diet and whole body care I now guide clients in removing any dis-ease they may have in their body and help them create a life, body, and mind they love through my whole-body and functional nutrition approach. My mission is to empower individuals to heal from the inside out- through a balanced variety of holistic modalities and way of life.
My goal is to share and instill my love and passion for whole-body living by my holistic approach that encompasses an accessible and multi-component lifestyle that is woven into a beautiful tapestry of whole-life living. Through therapeutic touch, intentional movement, spending copious amounts of time connected in nature, filling our bodies with nutrient dense nutrition, filling our souls with mindful and meaningful soul-filling material, surrounding ourselves with a loving and supportive family/friends/community, lifestyle choices, daily rhythms, healthy sleep patterns, hygiene, optimal digestion, we can begin to truly fill our buckets which can help us to achieve lasting well-being and live our life to the absolute fullest.

At my private whole-body healing space, I am cultivating an exclusive, serene space where achieving lasting whole-body well-being is not only a possibility, but where lives can be transformed. By invitation and referral, I offer a personalized approach to wellness, ensuring that every session is tailored to the unique needs of every BODY. Whether you're seeking pain relief, a recharge, a sense of renewal, moments of deep relaxation, or a complete real and raw approach to whole-food nutrition I look forward to being part of your whole-body wellness journey.

Step into gentle, restorative warmth with our full-spectrum 1-2 person Hemlock Sauna with 9-Far-Infrared Carbon Crystal Heaters and Chromotherapy. Designed to support deep relaxation, circulation, and whole-body renewal.
Our sauna features nine infrared heat panels that evenly surround the body, allowing warmth to penetrate deeply into muscles and joints without the overwhelming heat of a traditional sauna. This creates a more comfortable, meditative experience while encouraging detoxification, tension release, and improved recovery with a max temperature of 149 degrees Fahrenheit.
Infrared sauna sessions are ideal for:
Whether enjoyed as a standalone ritual or paired with massage, bodywork, or seasonal therapies, this quiet warmth invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow your body to reset.

The pool measures 40 feet long, 6 feet wide, and 5 feet deep, offering ample space for mindful lap swimming, slow stretching, or intuitive movement. Entry is gradual and intentional, with steps leading to a 3-foot landing, followed by two additional steps that transition into the 5-foot depth for the remainder of the pool. This design allows for a sense of safety, accessibility, and comfort at every stage of entry.
The Benefits of Moving in Water:
Movement in water allows the body to move the way it was meant to—without excess strain or resistance from gravity. Buoyancy supports the joints and spine, reducing compression and making movement feel lighter and more fluid. This can be especially supportive for those experiencing muscle tension, joint discomfort, stiffness, inflammation, or fatigue.
The natural resistance of the water gently strengthens muscles while encouraging balance, coordination, and improved range of motion. Warm water promotes circulation, helps soften tight muscles, and supports nervous system regulation, creating an experience that is both therapeutic and deeply calming.
Whether you choose to swim laps, stretch, float, or move intuitively, time spent in the water supports recovery, ease of movement, and overall well-being. This is not about performance—it’s about reconnecting with your body, moving with intention, and allowing the water to support you every step of the way.

A THERAPEUTIC SANCTUARY FOR DEEP RESTORATION:
Soft candlelight and warm ambient lighting signal safety to the nervous system the moment you enter. The gentle glow of salt lamps and calming music create an environment designed to quiet mental noise and invite the body into a parasympathetic state. You settle onto a heated massage table, where warmth supports circulation and prepares the muscles for deeper, more effective therapeutic work. Guided breathwork may be woven into your session, helping release holding patterns and allowing the body to soften naturally. Intuitive, skilled touch—supported by hot towels and organic jojoba massage oils—meets the body where it is, responding to tension, restriction, and subtle cues from the nervous system. Every element of the room is intentionally chosen to support regulation, restore balance, and encourage lasting relief. After your session, you’re invited to ground and rehydrate with chilled Fiji water or coconut water in the relaxation area, allowing integration before returning calmly and centered to your day. You are also welcome to grab a bottle of hydration from the mini fridge and go.
A complimentary tea and water station is coming soon adding to your self care experience and/or self care routine.
